Where are you based?
I am based in a small village called Lewknor in Oxfordshire, UK. I make dresses for clients all over the world. I ship internationally and can offer a fully bespoke service wherever you are located.
How much will my dress cost?
It is hard to say without discussing it first, but as a very rough guide my prices range from around £900 - £3,500 and this depends on whether you are having a standard design or fully bespoke.
I try and be as transparent with my pricing as I can be and I realise that everyone has their own budget to work within. I will always offer as much advice as I can about how to achieve your dream dress within your budget.
I am likely to be more expensive than a mainstream, high street shop, but am sometime cheaper than a bridal boutique, so it's always worth getting in touch to find out more :)
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! A bespoke dress can be expensive and I appreciate that not everyone will be able to pay for it all in one go. I offer payment plans to suit your needs and can offer advice on how to stay within budget.
I am not in the UK, can I still order?
Yes you can! I make dresses for clients all over the world, all I need are your measurements and I can make anything your heart desires and deliver it straight to your door.
I would like to try on some of your dresses is this possible?
Yes it is! I have a lovely little garden studio in with parking facilities and plenty of tea and biscuits. I am at ground level with a small step into the studio. If you require wheelchair access this can be arranged, please do let me know if you have any special requirements.
What sample sizes do you have?
I would love to have every design in every single size but I simply don't have the space! I hold about 20-30 dresses ranging from size 8 to size 24. If there is a particular dress you would like to try on let me know and I can tell you what I have available.
How do I work out what size I need to order?
I do not offer standard sizes. The only size I offer is yours! All of my dresses are made to measure which means they are made for your own individual body.
How do I measure myself/provide measurements?
I will provide you with full instructions on how to measure for your dress once you place your order. It's very simple and can be done on your own or with the help of a friend. If you are visiting me in person I will take a full set of measurements at your fitting.
Can I customise or make changes to your standard designs?
Yes absolutely! If you see something you like but want to make some changes just let me know and I can provide you with some options and idea of price.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept PayPal and Bank Transfer and I also use Transferwise for international payments.
Do you make flower girl/page boy/bridesmaids/mother of the bride outfits.
I don't have a collection of children's/Mother of the Bride outfits but if you would like me to provide any other outfits or accessories for your bridal party I absolutely can and will be happy to give you a quote.
How long will it take from when I place my order to when I receive my dress.
It all depends on your design, the time of year and my current workload.
It is advisable to start the process a few months in advance of your event to leave enough time for any delays including fabric ordering, postage and any alterations that may need to be done.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes I do, it is always worth getting in touch if you are short on time to see how I can help, I will always try and meet your deadline.
